In 1965, the grandson of founder William Henry Jenkins and the son of Harriette Jenkins, Frederick King, Jr., took responsibility of operating the family business shortly after his graduation from the American Academy of Embalming in New York City.

Following in the traditions established by William Henry Jenkins, Frederick King, Jr., continue to provide the excellent service that so many had come to know and appreciate over the years.

Twenty-six years later, in 1991, Frederick's son, Frederick King III brought forth the third generation of the family as he joined his father as partner and director, following his graduation from the New England Institute of Mortuary science at Mount Ida college located in Newton Center, Massachusetts.

Today, Frederick King III is responsible for much of the day-to-day operation of the funeral home, with his father continuing to serve in an advisory capacity.
