Sandra Louise (Owens) Beauton

Sandra Louise Owens Beauton died peacefully on October 23, 2024, at Yale New Haven Hospital at age 79. Sandy was born on October 12, 1945 in Derby, CT., where she has been a lifelong resident. As most of you know she was an amazing artist, she loved to paint and make jewelry. She loved traveling, playing Bingo and she loved going out to eat. However, Sandy’s greatest joy was her grandchildren, Hallie, Paige and Griffin. They meant everything to her. Sandy is joining her daughter Holly who passed away many years ago.
Sandy is leaving behind her other daughter Heather Beauton, and three grandchildren, Hallie, Paige and Griffin. Sandy is also leaving her brother Jimmy and Donna Owens, her close cousin Ellen and Thomas Lenart Sr., James Cotter Sr. and Pam, many nieces and nephews, Thomas Jr, David and Brienne Lenart, Kristin, Jeffrey and Stephen Owens, James Cotter Jr., and all of their significant others and their children. Friends may call on Saturday, October 26 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at The Jenkins King & Malerba Funeral Home,12 Franklin St. Ansonia.  Committal services will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made directly to her family.
