Robert C. Wallis Jr.

Robert Charles Wallis Jr., a 66 year old Hamden resident and husband to Shirby Coppola Wallis, passed away Sept. 9. He was born Aug. 10, 1958 in Perryville, MD., son of the late Prof. Robert C. Wallis Sr. and Ilene McLaughlin Wallis. He worked for the North Haven Dept. of Public Works. He was an avid Minnesota Vikings fan, as well as an enthusiastic fisherman. In addition to his wife Shirby, he leaves his niece Sharon, his beloved dogs Amber and Ginger, as well as a host of cousins. He was predeceased by his brother Thomas Wallis. Friends may call on Thursday Sept. 19 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Jenkins King & Malerba Funeral Home, 12 Franklin St. Ansonia. Interment will be private.
