Robert W. Branch, Jr., an 80 year old Seymour resident, passed away peacefully on December 30, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was born Sept. 21, 1945 in Derby, son of the late Robert W. Branch Sr. and Alyce (Hager) Branch. Bob was dedicated to his family and his community, where he was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Ansonia as well as the King Hiram and George Washington Masonic Lodges. Though his passing leaves a void that can never be filled, the impact of his kindness and strength will remain in the hearts of all who knew him. He leaves his son Timothy G. Branch and his daughter-in-law Amy, both of Avon; daughter-in-law Angela Branch of Seymour; and grandchildren Amanda, Truman, Caroline and Pierce; as well as his sisters Beth Templeton of Pennsylvania and Laura Pinchick of Georgia. In addition to his wife Donna, he was predeceased by his son Robert and grandson Cameron. Friends may call on Tuesday, Jan 6, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Jenkins King and Malerba funeral home, 12 Franklin St., Ansonia CT. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Jan 7, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Burial follows in Pine Grove Cemetery.
