Lorraine (Coelho) Carter

Lorraine Carter, a 67 year old Ansonia resident passed away Nov. 22 at home. She was born in Providence, RI on March 17th, 1955,  the daughter of Joseph Coelho & June Carter Hazzard. She was employed by Lifetouch Portrait Studios. Survivors include her son Eugene E. Carter, daughter Tahisha E. Carter McGibony, granddaughter Breyona J. Carter McGibony, grandsons Kairo E.  Elyas E. and Nathaniel C. Carter, all of Virginia, granddaughter Brooklyn R. Lareau and sister Rebecca Carter, both of R.I., brother Albert Hazard, of VA and Dear Friends: Beverly Harrell & Herman Fountain, both of CT as well as a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Services of remembrance will be held on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at The Jenkins King & Malerba Funeral Home, 12 Franklin St. Ansonia. (www.jenkinskingfh.com)
