Joseph J. Simon, Jr.

Joseph J. Simon Jr. a 55 year old Ansonia resident and husband to the late Cathy Hyman Simon, passed away suddenly at home on Jan. 23, 2021. He was born Feb. 6, 1965 in Derby, son of the late Joseph Simon & Barbara Cook Simon. He leaves his son Joseph Simon IV and daughter Nicole Simon, both of Derby, his sister Cheryl Simon of Ansonia,  brother Chris Simon of Southbury and two grandchildren Ayla Botelho & Ayden Simon, both of Derby. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 8  at The Jenkins King & Malerba Funeral Home, 12 Franklin St. Ansonia, CT. Friends may attend walk-through calling hours from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. p.m. before the prayer services begin.
