Jennifer Ann Wright

Jennifer Ann Wright, age 54 of Southington, formerly of Seymour and Ansonia has passed away suddenly August 4, 2023. Jennifer was born in Derby on June 25, 1969, daughter of Elaine Kadis Branch and the late Donald Wright. She was a graduate of Ansonia High School class of 1987 and had a love of sports. She is survived by her daughters Caila Rainville and Alicia Shortell, her son in law Donald Shortell, and her beloved grandchildren Shai and Oaklyn Shortell. She is also survived by her twin sister Janice Wright of New London, her brothers Joseph Wright of Columbia, Jeffrey Wright of Florida, step sister Sharon Pane of Shelton, step brother Joseph Branch III of Ansonia, step father Joseph Branch Jr. of Southington, and former life partner Daniel Rainville. Jennifer was a lover of all things outdoors and animals. She could befriend anybody and loved to help people in need. Memorial services celebrating her life will be held privately by the family. The Jenkins King & Malerba funeral home, 12 Franklin St, Ansonia has been privileged with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
