Emilio Toledo

Emilio Toledo a 76 year old Meriden resident, passed away Oct. 18, 2025. He was born Feb. 10, 1949 in Valparasio, Chile, son of the late Oscar and Elba Ramirez Toledo. He was one of the founders of The Chilean folk dancing group “Grupo Folklorico de Chile Pehuenche” of New York. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughters Pamela Godinez Toledo of Elmont, N.Y. and Diana Pera of Meriden, his husband Andreas Flores and  step-son Luis Flores, both of Meriden and 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call on Saturday, Oct. 25 from Jenkins King & Malerba Funeral Home, 12 Franklin St. Ansonia between 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Sunday, Oct. 26 at the funeral home between 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
