Elizabeth Bailey-Weyel

Elizabeth Bailey-Weyel, age 41 year old resident of Beacon Falls, passed away Nov. 7. She was born Sept. 23, 1981 in Derby, daughter of Charles Bailey of West Virginia and the late Laurene Carney. She worked as an air frame mechanic for Sikorsky’s Aircraft in Stratford. In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by grandparents Robert & Betty Carney and Agnes Bailey. She is survived by her sister Tammy Lynn Brown of Iowa, two uncles, William & Paul Carney, her devoted friend Loretta Fiddler of Derby, grandfather William Bailey and her dog Riley. Services of remembrance will be held privately by the family. The Jenkins King & Malerba Funeral Home, 12 Franklin St. Ansonia has been entrusted with the arrangements. Donations in her memory may be made to The Ansonia Animal Shelter.
