Donald Patrignelli a 68 year old lifelong resident of Bridgeport, passed away May 30. He was born May 27, 1953, son of the late Emilio and Egilia Caroti Patrignelli. He was also predeceased by his brother Arthur and Sister Dorothy. He graduated from Bridgeport Central High School and The Norwalk State Technical institute with an Associate's in Architecture Engineering Technology. He worked for Lowe’s in Milford. He was an avid practitioner of Tai Chi and a member of The Bonsai Club, a member of The Elks Club and also The Fairchild Wheeler Golf Course in Bridgeport. (where he held several club championships) He was an avid wood worker and carpenter where he took a challenge and made it an accomplishment. He is survived by two sisters, Dianna Koskelowski of Seymour and Amelia Adams of Newtown, and a host of nieces & nephews, Brian, Kevin, Robert, Kimberly, Marie, Carolyn, Anthony, Michael, Keith, Marc, Jeffrey, Christi, Alene and Leslie. Funeral services will be held graveside in The Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Trumbull on Thursday, June 3 at 11:30 a.m. Following the service, family and friends are gathering for a reception at Roberto's Restaurant in Monroe. In lieu of flowers, donation in his memory may be made to The American Cancer Society. The Jenkins King & Malerba Funeral Home of Ansonia has been privileged with arrangements.
