Obituary
Carol Kelly, 69, long time Waterbury resident and wife of Mark Kelly, passed away Oct. 9 at Waterbury Hospital. She was born Oct. 4, 1953 in Tampa, Florida, daughter of the late Charles R. and Altha A. Tucker. Carol was an avid reader and cat lover, who also enjoyed travel and spending time with friends and family. She worked as the human resources manager for Laticrete International in Bethany, and more recently for the City of Waterbury. She had recently retired.
In addition to her loving husband of 45 years, she leaves her brothers Eric, John and Roger Tucker, all of Florida, sisters Linda Johnson of South Carolina and Peggy Foley of Florida, in-laws Carolyn and Robert Smith, John and Sharon Kelly, as well as a host of beloved nieces, nephews and dear friends.
