Barbara Brown

Barbara Brown, an 86 year old Ansonia resident and wife of Robert C. Brown, passed away suddenly at home on July 29. She was born June 6, 1939 in New Haven, daughter of the late West Foster and Daisy Bell Wallace. She worked as a nurse technician for Yale N.H. Hospital. She was above all a devout Christian. In addition to her husband, she leaves her son Christopher Brown (Stacey) of Lincoln, R.I., daughter Lisa Griffin of Shelton, grandchildren Brazier & Braxtyn “Rosie” Brown and a host of nieces & nephews.  She was predeceased by her siblings Thomas & Peter Foster and Dorothy Bost. Services of remembrance will be held privately by the family. The Jenkins King & Malerba Funeral Home, 12 Franklin St. Ansonia is in charge of arrangements.
