Alfrieda (Washington) Walker

Alfrieda Washington Walker 63 years old former longtime New Haven resident currently of Meriden, passed away May 2. She was born November 28,1957 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Elizabeth Silva Washington and Christopher Smalls. She grew up in Waterbury CT and resided in New Haven CT for so many years and was residing currently in Meriden. She worked for Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services in Middletown until the time of her passing. She leaves to cherish her memory her 8 sisters Rachael Washington of North Haven , Sharon Washington of Ansonia , Marcelle Washington, Priscilla Washington, Marva Saunders Vanness Byrd and Rebecca Smalls ,all of Waterbury, Andrea Shoates (Charles) of Georgia 3 brothers Raphael Washington (Karen) of California and Alfred Washington (Pauline) and Anthony Smalls (Valery ) all of Georgia Her fiance Larry Harris. Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Aunt's, Uncle's, Cousins her former husband James Tate and her cat Angel. She was predeceased by her sister Charlene Edwards.
